Manage and organize all your social media content from one powerful dashboard. Create engaging posts, schedule them across multiple platforms, monitor publishing status, and track audience engagement in real time. With AI-powered automation, ReelEase AI helps you streamline your social media workflow, save time, and maintain a consistent online presence effortlessly.

1. Social Media Sharing & Publishing

The platform supports direct publishing to connected social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Threads, and TikTok. Users can instantly share generated or uploaded media without manually downloading or re-uploading files.

In the Reelease-AI platform, go to the Configuration section and open the Media Library. Hover over any image or video post to display action icons, then click the Share icon to begin publishing.

Select the Publish As type such as Post, Story or Reel, choose the connected social media accounts, add a caption, and click Post Now to publish the media instantly.

All published posts, stories, and reels are managed in the Social Studio section under Social Activity, where users can view, track, and manage all shared social media content from one place.

2. Social Activity Manage Dashboard

Social Activity dashboard provides a centralized view of all published social media content across connected platforms. Users can easily monitor publishing activity, track post status, and manage shared media from a single interface.

The dashboard includes organized columns for:

• Platform : Displays the social media platform where the content was published.
• Account : Shows the connected social media account used for publishing.
• Knowledge Content : Identifies the related media or generated content shared to social platforms.
• Status : Indicates the publishing state such as Published,Processing or Failed.
• Date : Displays the publishing date and time.
• Post ID : Unique identifier for each social post
• Action : Provides management options for viewing, editing, or removing social activity entries.

Users can quickly search and filter activity records using the search bar available at the top of the dashboard. This helps streamline social media management and improves visibility into all publishing operations across the platform.

The Social Activity section acts as a complete publishing history and management center for all posts, stories, and reels shared through the Reelease-AI platform.

3. Delete Post

Click the Delete option on a social media activity card to remove the selected post. A confirmation prompt appears before deletion to prevent accidental removal. Once confirmed, the post is permanently deleted from the Social Activity dashboard and automatically Delete from the connected social media platforms and associated publishing records.
