Bulk Posts
Overview
Bulk Posts enables high-volume content scheduling by importing a structured CSV file containing all post data — captions, media references, platforms, and scheduled dates. A guided 4-step wizard walks users through account selection, CSV upload, global settings, and a final review before committing the schedule. This is designed for marketing teams who plan weeks or months of content in advance.
Step 1 — Select Accounts
Choose the social media accounts that all bulk posts in this batch will publish to. Accounts can be filtered by platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Threads, TikTok). At least one account must be selected to proceed to the next step.

Step 2 — CSV & Content Upload
Upload a structured .csv file containing the batch post data. The platform provides a built-in CSV Column Guide detailing required and optional columns:
| Column | Requirement | Format / Description |
|---|---|---|
| Date / Time | Required | Format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm (e.g., 2026-06-15 14:30) |
| Caption | Required | The text content of your post (supports emojis and hashtags) |
| Media URL | Required | Public URL of your media file, or specific filename from library |
| Platforms | Required | Comma-separated: instagram, facebook, linkedin, twitter, youtube, threads, tiktok |
| First Comment | Optional | Text to automatically publish as the first comment |
| Location | Optional | Add location search metadata to your post |
| Labels | Optional | Comma-separated tags to organize posts in your dashboard |

Step 3 — Settings & Rules
Configure global options that apply to the entire batch:
- Posting Interval: Minimum minutes between consecutive posts (recommended: 10–30 min).
- Timezone: Align schedule times to your target audience's active timezone.
- Auto Hashtags: Automatically inject a preset pool of hashtags into all captions.
- Stop on Error: Halt the batch if a platform API error is encountered to prevent chain failures.

Step 4 — Review & Confirm
A pre-submission review lists all parsed rows from the CSV. Each row is validated for missing required fields, invalid date formats, or unrecognized platform keys. Rows with warnings are highlighted. Users can confirm to commit the entire batch to the Scheduled Posts queue, or go back to correct any issues.

- Schedule hundreds of posts in minutes using a simple CSV template.
- Built-in validation prevents malformed rows from entering the queue.
- All scheduled bulk posts are manageable from the Scheduled Posts dashboard.
- Posting interval and stop-on-error settings protect platform rate limits.
